30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all orders. If you're not happy with your purchase, simply contact us within 30 days of receiving your item and we'll make it right.

How to Start a Return

To request a refund or replacement, email us at calm.snuffle.mat@gmail.com with your order number and a brief description of the issue. Our team will respond within 24–48 hours with the next steps.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your mat arrives damaged or defective, please send us a photo along with your order number. We'll arrange a free replacement or a full refund — no need to return the item.

Refunds

Once your refund is approved, it will be processed back to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the amount to appear, depending on your bank or card provider.

Non-Returnable Situations

For hygiene and safety reasons, we're unable to accept returns of used items unless they are damaged or defective. Refunds do not apply to items reported more than 30 days after delivery.
