You may request a return or refund within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, your item must be in its original condition.

How to start a return
Email us at calm.snuffle.mat@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We'll respond with the next steps.

Return shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect — in which case we cover the cost and send a replacement or full refund.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you of the approval of your refund. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take additional time for the refund to appear.

Damaged or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us at calm.snuffle.mat@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with a photo. We'll make it right at no cost to you.

Non-returnable situations
For hygiene reasons, items that have been heavily used or soiled may not be eligible for return. We review each case individually and aim to be fair.
